Description: Jean-Claude Van Damme stars as a former black ops agent in this action thriller directed by Ernie Barbarash. As the only viable match in his family, Deacon Lyle (Van Damme) travels to the Philippines to donate a kidney to his dying niece Isabella (Adele Baughan).
